The Coolidge Amendment is a proposal inspired by Coolidge’s tremendous economic accomplishments.   The Proposal is very simple—a constitutional amendment that would require Congress to balance the budget each year while simultaneously capping the federal income tax rate at 25%.   This was Coolidge’s golden formula for success.
